Vision Execution System, Part 1: The Foundation

Why I built it

0:00:03All righty, guys. So this is Ken, Minister Ken with Wisdom Is Currency. Just wanted to come in real quickly and create a quick video. What we're gonna be talking about today is the Vision Execution System. The Vision Execution System is something that I developed. And I'll tell you honestly, it was developed initially for me, for myself because I realized here in my latter years that I am a bit ADHD. And I used to think that was a bad thing, but I I come to understand it's a superpower. The problem is that unfortunately you know, being able to come up with a lot of ideas and all the time being able to come up with different concepts pretty quickly, it can become a problem actually being able to stay focused.

0:00:55And so I found myself often being able to come up with many ideas but unfortunately maybe only two of them would actually get executed on, right? And so when I started working with AI I identified the challenge that I was having, and so I developed a system that allowed me to keep myself more focused, allowed me to be able to get a lot of the things that were in my head out of my head and get it into a medium that it could be managed better. And after it. I started using it myself and started getting amazing results. I said, "You know what? I'm sure there's other people out there that probably have some of the same challenges," you know, where they may have great visions, great ideas, but for whatever reason, can't kinda get themselves to the point where they can execute.

Why now: the 7-Day Challenge

0:01:50That is what the Vision Execution System is for. Now it's this is timely now that I'm sharing this because we're actually starting our 7-Day Challenge today. And if you guys are involved with that, you know that the 7-Day Challenge is designed to be able to help us to work the Wisdom Is Currency principles to gain clarity on an idea, concept, product that God has birthed in us. And then in, during the 7-Day Challenge, what we do is we take that, those ideas to focus it into an actionable plan that we can then begin to execute, right? So that is why I'm doing this now, because you're gonna need what I'm gonna share. So that being said, so the Vision Execution System basically, like I said, what it does is it's a system designed to help manage the vision.

Why AI sounds generic

0:02:46Just as it says, Vision Execution System. It's a system designed to help manage the vision, okay? And what we're doing is we're using AI to be able to do so. And and and with that being said, I do wanna talk about a few things because I realize many people have probably tried to use AI to do something similar to this, but when you actually go in to try to utilize the AI you're falling short. And I can tell you exactly why you're falling short, and I can tell you what we're gonna do to fix it, okay? So AI in itself, generic AI isn't really designed out of the box to be able to to give you a personalized experience, right?

0:03:35The way AI works is AI is basically collecting a bunch of data. And so it's then taking that data, and if you ask it a question or if you're asking to write something for you, it's then writing those things or answering those questions based off of the average of that data, right? And so many times you're getting answers and outputs that are, like, right. They're middle of the road, right? There's nothing specific about it. Many times now people will call that AI slop, where people try to get AI to create content or write an article or write an email, and the AI is coming up with this very generic, very vanilla stuff that you can look at it and know that it's AI because it's really no personality, right?

0:04:28And that's the beautiful thing, right? What we gotta really explore. When God made us, God made us so special that every one of us have our own identity. You have the way that you think, you have the way that you speak. You have your own perspectives, your own ideas. There's there's many components to you, and there's actually only one of you, right? And so when you're using AI the challenge then is to get AI to sound and look like you. And that's where many people disconnect from it, and that's what this system is actually going to be able to solve for you, okay? So all right. Let's jump in there. So the first thing, what we're gonna do, and then I'm gonna show you how the system works, okay?

Two tools, and your Signature DNA

0:05:13First thing what we're gonna do is we're gonna use AI to actually overcome that first, that first problem, getting AI to sound like you, okay? Now, when I use AI, and I've built a lot of stuff with AI, I'm predominantly using two products. One of them is going to be I use Claude, right? Claude Code. And I also, for a lot of the design for apps and different things like that, I use Lovable. Okay? Now, I use those two. There are other tools out there. Of course, you have ChatGPT. You have other what they call vibe coding tools out there. There's a lot of different options out there, so I'm not saying that you have to use the two that I use. But, you know, I find that, you know, for me, these are the two that work the best.

0:06:02And so when I explain this to you, I'm explaining it from a Claude and a Lovable standpoint. But keep in mind that you can take the same principles and use it with a ChatGPT or a Google Gemini or, you know, whatever else you happen to use. That's okay. All right? So again, first step is, what do we want to do with the AI? Because this-- We want to do this before we start building anything, right? We want to do this first. What we need to do is we need to be able to help the AI understand who we are. Okay? We need it to be able to download into the AI our way of thinking, our vision, our dream, our strategy. It has to get what we call our Signature DNA, right?

0:06:55That Signature DNA is what actually makes you you, right? That, in my opinion, is going to be your superpower. That's the thing that nobody else-- There's only one of you, right? You are one of one. And so being able to help AI to help you build, AI has to have your essence. It has to understand who you are, right? And once it does understand who you are, from there, then when you start to say, "Okay, well, I want to design this. I want to design that. I want to write an email, write a note, write a Facebook post," all those different things, it has something that it's pulling from. And again, that something we call your Signature DNA, okay? Now, to make this whole thing easier for you, what I did was when I first started using AI, I was using ChatGPT, right?

ChatGPT is the dreamer, Claude is the doer

0:07:52And I built a lot of things from a conceptual standpoint in ChatGPT. I'm not knocking ChatGPT at all. But in my opinion, mine, I feel that ChatGPT is like the dreamer, if you will, right? Dreams are good. We need dreams, right? But then I found when it was coming to the time to actually start to build the things to completion, I needed to go a step higher, which was to Claude, right? But the challenge was when I was dreaming with ChatGPT, I was coming up with a lot of ideas, a lot of concepts. So ChatGPT had a lot of information on me already, right? I was basically downloading. So one of the first things I did was I went into ChatGPT is, and I had ChatGPT create a file, and you can basically just tell it, "I want you to create a memory file so that I can hand my conversations with you off to Claude Code." And ChatGPT will know exactly what it is.

0:08:56It's going to compile all the, all the different conversations you've had, and it's going to put it in a format that Claude Code can then read, right? So that's the first thing. We're gonna then take get take whatever you're in using ChatGPT, and we're gonna put it into Claude Code. Now, if you haven't been using ChatGPT, skip that step, right? Go directly to Claude Code. Claude Code, by the way from a cost standpoint you can get the pro plan. It's twenty bucks a month, guys, right? And so small investment. Remember, that twenty bucks a month, you're-- we're gonna build systems on this thing. So believe me, it's a very small investment, very manageable, less than a couple, a couple coffees a week, right? So twenty bucks a month for Claude Code.

Run your Signature DNA

0:09:39The other tool I mentioned, which was Lovable I will, I'll give you links. Lovable they have a free plan initially, and then of course, as you start to build more things, then you can have other paid plans with Lovable, which are about twenty-five bucks a month. But the free plan for most people initially is gonna be more than enough. All right? So again, Claude Code, Lovable. All right. So now let's talk about the Signature DNA. What I did for you to make things easier was I created a file. This is called this is located on what's called GitHub, okay? And I'm gonna give you a link for this. You're gonna take this, right, this file. You're gonna copy the code, right? I'll give you the link. And then what you're gonna do, you copy it like that, right?

0:10:23And then what you do then is you take this file, and you go to Claude Code once you get it set up on your machine, which will help you with that. And then you're gonna take that file, and you're gonna put it right into the chat with Claude Code, and you're gonna hit enter. Now, what that's gonna do is then the Claude Code is then gonna read the files here, and it's going to then start a process. It's going to interview you. It's going to go through a process. It's not gonna take long, maybe about an hour or so total, right? And what that process is doing is it's going to begin to gather what they call your Signature DNA. It's gonna understand your brand. It's gonna understand your way of thinking.

The brain dump

0:11:06It's gonna understand who you are, your background. It's gonna start begin to get maybe some bits and pieces of the vision initially. But it's going to really start to understand again who you are. Now, this is going to be the basic foundation, right? And again, this is done in Claude Code, okay? From here, once we get that, then the next thing what we do is, again, in the 7-Day Challenge, we're getting the vision. We're starting to get the idea of everything that we're working on. What we do after we do the Signature DNA part is now we begin to do what I call a brain dump, right? Brain dump session, which I'm gonna do it for you. With you, I should say. A brain dump session is we're going to take the vision that God has given us, and we're just gonna dump it right into Claude, right?

0:11:59Now, I recommend when you do that, you wanna use you can type it, of course. There are some free tools for one of them called Wispr Flow you can download, where you can just hit the button and just record it and just speak. That's how I use Claude. I speak into it. I talk much faster than I could ever type, right? But we're just gonna just dump it. Get everything out, right? We're gonna talk about the vision, we're gonna talk about the concept, we're gonna talk about the dream, we're gonna talk about you know, where we, where we would like for it to see it go. We're gonna talk about, you know, the people that we want it to have it to impact. And we don't have to be pitch perfect on this, right?

0:12:37Because the job that Claude is gonna do once we start with the Signature DNA, is now Claude is gonna take that information, and it's going to begin to kind of categorize that for you, and it's gonna organize those thoughts, right? And what you're actually doing here is you're building what we call a brain, okay? And that brain now, over time, is gonna know who you are, it's gonna understand your vision, it's gonna understand the dream, it's gonna understand everything that you're trying to build, right? It's all housed in one area, right? All of those files are now then saved on your your device, your laptop, your desktop, or you can also save it to the cloud. But now it's beginning to build a profile of you, right? So again, you have Claude Code, you do the Signature DNA, you copy, you copy, you put the Signature DNA in Claude Code.

0:13:34After that, we do a brain dump. Now, what I do is, guys remember, the AI is learning who you are. And so what I do now is I just still get a lot of thoughts, right? I still get a lot of ideas. And so every day, my day starts and ends with a brain dump, right? I take 15, 20 minutes. I don't try to organize the thoughts. I just hit record, and I just let it rip. I get everything out of my head, right? Because a lot of the times, most of your most valuable ideas are left in your head. Sometimes even for some of you're listening to this, and you're wondering why you've been procrastinating. Well, the reason why you've been procrastinating in moving into the vision is because, frankly, the vision to you is so big you don't even know where to start, right?

See your vision: eight streams, one river

0:14:21And so what we gotta do is we have to, again, first set up the initial system. Second, we want to get the Signature DNA. Third, we want to now begin to pour everything, get everything out of your head in. So that way, we can put it into a system that we can actually organize it, okay? Hopefully, you guys are getting that, all right? So now, let's pretend you've gone through the process. You've hung out with Claude, you've shared the vision, you laid it out. You know, if you've, if you wrote a business plan, you can actually take PDFs and your notes and all that stuff. You can upload it right into, right into the Claude because, again, it's creating the brain. It's understanding who you are, right? Now, when I did this, as I said before, remember, I had a, I had a wide vision.

0:15:08I had a lot of ideas, right? And so, you know, I knew that I, eventually, I wanted to create multiple streams of income. And so once I put all this stuff into Claude, the next thing I said was, "Claude, okay, listen, I'm a visual person. I need you to help give me a format where I can actually see my vision," right? I want to be able to see it in a way that now I can organize it. I got it out of my head, right? And, but now I want to put it into a place where I can see it, I can manage it, right? And so when I did that and I'm gonna help you do this, Claude then created this for me, and this is my vision, right? As it says, The Vision, Ken Bridgett, right?

0:15:49Eight streams, one river, right? And what this did was this took all of the ideas, all of the business ideas I had, everything that I have been talking about. And then some of the stuff that I've been working on spanned years. You know, some of these ideas I came up with, you know, two, three, four, five, six, seven years ago, right? But what it did now was it took everything, right? And I had to tell it how I wanted it for me. This is for me. Your format may be a little bit different. I'm gonna show you how to be able to to to create one like this if you want. But if you look at it,

0:16:28It took everything that I had been thinking about, and now it puts it into manageable pieces. Now, for me and this is part of when I laid it out with Claude. I helped let Claude know that God is the foundation of everything that I do, right? So when it looked at my vision, it put God right there in the center, and now I got this wonderful graphic that breaks everything down for me, right? So I know real estate is one of the areas I wanna move into. Government contracting, public speaking my signature line in the agency. There's e-commerce, there's trading. Everything that I wanna do is here. Now, it don't just put it there, but watch what we do. If you look here, each one of those things now, it breaks it out for me, right?

0:17:16I have everything laid out, very simple, very clean, right? And so now my vision came out of my head, and now it's in a format that I can see, right? Now I'll get more into this, right? Because there's a few. This is how I had the vision initially. I wrote it out right? Like, this is kinda how it got that idea. This is what I used to have on my wall, right? But then I took this, and now I created it into a format that is easier for me to manage, okay? So now let's keep going with the progression. So now we got the vision laid out, right? And the Bible tells us we need to write the vision, make it plain, so that he who reads it can run with it, with it, right?

Make it plain: the project tracker

0:18:00So now we got the vision, we make it plain. Now, from there, here's the next step, what I was able to do. And again, this is, remember, now that we have, we built the brain, and I'm gonna show you how to refine that brain. Now what we're able to do is I was able to then take the vision that I have, and then I was able to break it down into bite-sized pieces. Into something I would call my project tracker, right? And so every component of the vision now has a project tracker, where now I know step by step exactly what I need to do in order to fulfill it. Now, if you'll notice, if you look here, right, there's a bunch of different things here. Now, don't get overwhelmed.

0:18:44Yours may not look like this because my project tracker not only includes my personal projects, but I have clients that I'm working with. So I have, you know, their stuff built into here. But this actually, this right here shows me my life, the vision and everything that I'm working on in one, in one place, right? It also has all of my expenses broken down so I can actually see my business, where everything stands. It shows me what I'm working on. It shows me what I need to be working on. It shows me what aspects of the vision are actually healthy. It shows me what aspects of the vision needs attention, things that that maybe I assigned tasks to, but I kind of got off base, right?

0:19:28But basically what this does now is this takes our dream, our vision, our idea, and it puts it into an actionable step. And there's an old saying that goes that you cannot manage what you cannot measure, right? You cannot manage what you cannot measure. Well, that is what this system is going to do, and that's why we call it the Vision Execution System, right? Now I'm skipping forward a little bit because, again, we're just laying the groundwork here.

Where it fits in Wisdom Is Currency

0:19:58The idea here is to be able to take from. When we look at the whole thing from the Wisdom Is Currency principles, right? So as-- If you've been following it, if you've been tracking it, you know that the core of the Wisdom Is Currency is about spending enough time with God so that He gives us ideas, concepts, and Well, He gives us wisdom first, right? And then once we have that wisdom, that wisdom is then converted into ideas, concepts, strategies. Once we then have those ideas, concepts, strategies, then we can then take those ideas, concepts, strategies, and then we go through the process where we do this, where, which is where we break it down into the actionable steps to turn those ideas, concepts, strategies into something tangible, right?

0:20:42And then from here, this is the process where we take those ideas, concepts, strategies. We then begin to turn those into things that are actual. In other words, people would also say we manifest it, right? Turn it into something that people are willing to exchange their monies for because those ideas, concepts, strategies, at the end of the day, hopefully are solving someone's problem. People then will gladly be willing to exchange their cash for those ideas, concepts, strategies. We then get the cash. We then, of course, buy more systems, and we then, of course, invest back into the kingdom. And then that buying systems and investing into the kingdom opens up more time, which allows us to spend more time with God, right? I'm going through this very quickly because, again, we're not going to give you the overview of the Wisdom Is Currency.

0:21:27This is focused on, of course, the Vision Execution System. But the point that I'm making is that this whole process is designed to use the AI and the technologies to be able to take those ideas, concepts, and strategies that you have and turn them into a system of accountability that then you could actually manifest it, right? That's the long story very short of it, right? So but that's it in a nutshell, okay? That is the Vision Execution System. What I also do for clients is I, of course, give them the system, help them build out the vision, and then I come alongside of them and then, you know, there's obviously an accountability where now we meet once a month, and now we begin to understand exactly where we are.

A marathon, not a sprint

0:22:16We know clearly where the areas we're strong. We know what we need to work on, and then we go from there. That being said, remember, as I've said from the beginning this whole thing is a, it's a marathon. It's not a sprint, right? It's a lifestyle. It's not a get rich quick scheme, right? What we're doing is we're tapping into the presence of God to be able to get that wisdom and then go through the process of converting that wisdom into ideas, concepts, strategies, and then eventually something that's tangible that eventually, again, will become a blessing to our life and hopefully a blessing to someone else's life. But this is, this is a strategy. It's a, it's a system. Again, that's why it's called the Vision Execution System, okay?

0:23:00So I'm gonna end with that right now. And like I said, I'm gonna send you guys a couple of links. And don't get overwhelmed with this stuff, right? Don't get overwhelmed with it. I know if you look at all of these different things, again, especially if you're looking at mine, there's all kind of stuff in there, API keys and SEO and all those different things. That's because this is my business. I also have a marketing company, and I'm managing clients, so it's, mine's a lot more complicated. Your Vision Execution System, mine had eight. Yours initially may only have one, and there's nothing wrong with that. You may, you may have one project that you should focus on. As a matter of fact, right now, even though I have eight things, for the next thirty days with you, I'm just focusing on one thing, right?

0:23:44The point is that what this is designed to do is to move us from the dreaming place to the place of execution, to the place of manifestation, okay? So I'm gonna give you all the links. We're gonna walk through it. I'm gonna show you guys exactly how to set this stuff up. And this is the beautiful thing. Once you have it set up, guys, at that point, I'm telling you, this whole thing gets easy. Even now, because of the fact that I've spent such time developing my AI brain, if you will, now whatever I'm talking about, whatever thoughts that I'm having, even if I'm coming up with a new idea, my brain, my AI brain understands where that fits, where that fits in the big scheme of things. And it understands my brand.

Your first steps

0:24:29It understands you know, how I like to do things. It understands the tools, right? And so literally now if I come up with a new idea, I can literally take that from an idea to a working business within a couple of days, right? Now, it took time to get there, but it can happen to-- it can, it can get to that place when you invest the time in creating the systems. All right? So I'm gonna pause with that. And like I said before, this is just to give you an overview of the Vision Execution System. We're gonna get into the particulars. First step is you guys want to make sure that make the investment. You know, if we're serious about it, pick up the Claude Code, in my opinion. Claude.com, pick it up.

0:25:13Pay the twenty bucks, right? So that way you can actually work with it. Claude has a free plan too, but, you know, to, to really build stuff, you at least need to get the Pro plan. It's twenty bucks, right? That, and then Lovable. Lovable is going to allow you to be able to create the apps and all those different things. And eventually, again, don't wanna get too far into this, we can even get it to the point where Claude can control Lovable, which is what I do, right? That's another conversation for a different day. But again, Claude Code, Lovable, and then the next step you wanna do is get the this link. You're gonna copy it, put it in the Claude Code.

0:25:49It's gonna take you through the process of of getting your Signature DNA. It's learning who you are, what you're about. And then from there, the next phase is the brain dump, where we just get the ideas that we've gotten, put it into the system, and then the system will then organize it for us, breaking it down into actionable steps so that we can turn those ideas into something substantial.
