Day 1: why a vision execution system

0:21:15First of all, appreciate you guys coming out. Super excited to go to the next level. If guys remember what we're in right now is today is the first day of our 7-Day Challenge. And the purpose of the 7-Day Challenge is to take the vision that God has probably have already started dealing with you. And we want to focus it. We want to perfect it. And to seven days from now, we want to come out with a clean vision and also some systems in place and also some laid out tasks on what we're going to do to actually accomplish the

0:22:03vision. Okay. So tonight, we're going to be talking about something that I put together called the Vision Execution System, right? Which does exactly what I said. It takes the vision that we have, and it's a system that helps us to execute, right? I'll be honest with you, transparent, the reason why I came up with the Vision Execution System was I just realized probably within the last year, two years, that I am ADHD. Like literally, I know people say that, But you know, I'm literally am ADHD. And when I look back on it, I've been ADHD all my life. When I look back at the signs, I'm like, okay, that explains a lot.

0:22:52I come up with a lot of ideas. My mind just doesn't stop. It always is going, always is turning. But the problem is sometimes when you have 100 ideas, the gap is on the execution. Because as soon as you start down one path, so another idea comes up and you start working on something else and before you know it, you got a bunch of irons in the fire, but you're not really accomplishing a lot. So I may have 10 ideas, but actually accomplishing two. And when I started working with AI, that was really when I really started to kind of identify it. And I said, man, I said, you know, I understand it and I understand the ADHD is kind of a superpower because it allows you to create a lot,

0:23:39but anything that doesn't have any type of management to it can be an issue. And so I said, well, I need to give myself some help. So I started working on creating a system that allowed me to be able to execute on those ideas and it worked. You know, in the last year, I've probably built about 20 apps and landing pages successfully launched five or six different businesses. They're all early stage, but they're up and running. A few different things that I've actually been able to do and a lot of it is because of the Vision Execution System which I'm gonna share with you.

Get it out of your head: eight streams, one river

0:26:54So going back to my story, as I mentioned, a lot of ideas, you know, a bunch of stuff, and I've been working on different ideas, probably for the last couple of years. But I think if I told you guys, when God actually initially the Wisdom Is Currency principle and I started tapping into this thing. I went through a period of about two years where ideas just begin to flood me. I mean like they were flooding so much

0:27:43and some of the stuff I started working on and then I put it on the shelf but I had like about eight or nine different things that were out there and I'm like man I said all of this is good And I'm like, I know I can accomplish all of it, but I need a system, right? And so I'm going to show you guys how I got to here. But this is what the Vision Execution System, part of what the Vision Execution System created for me, right? This, for me, is my vision. That's why it's entitled there. The vision, Kenneth Bridgett, right? Eight streams, one river, right?

0:28:33But what I had to do was I had to take all of those ideas and I had to get it out of my head right. I had to get it out of my head and so the system actually allowed me to create this

0:29:28this is for me again eight streams one river this is my vision right this is my vision broken down and if you notice there's one of this is government contracting.

0:30:15AI can assist in a lot of ways to get contracts now, especially reading those requests for bids and all that different stuff and figuring it out and learning how to price stuff and all that. AI can definitely assist with that, so that's obviously something huge. But for me, the government contracting, public speaking, my signature brand, which is my agency and all those other products and services under that, then there's e-commerce and then there's trading. And then I haven't talked to you guys much about it, but I have a vision to start my own television network called faithwalker.tv and then our real estate.

0:31:02And then I also leave one door open always, just in case God wants to do something, right? And then here, the system also then takes all of those different parts, and then it's able to break it up for me, and it tells me where I am in each one of them, right? But before I go more into that, let's go back. Let's go back. Let me go back. Let me do this in order.

AI has to know who you are: the Signature DNA

0:31:02All right. So we're going to use AI to help build your Vision Execution System, right? So when we're talking about building the vision or building the Vision Execution System and using AI, what's important when you're using AI is AI has to know who you are, right?

0:31:52That's the biggest problem that most people have with AI. That's a lot of the reason why a lot of people can't get a lot of use out of AI because the way AI is designed, AI is a collective collection of knowledge. And so a lot of times when you ask AI questions and things of that nature, or for example, if you ask AI to write an email or something like that, what AI is going to do is it's going to give you like a middle of the road email, because it's kind of using the averages of the information that it has, right? But that it won't be able to write an email that's kind of tailored for you, that sounds like you, that speaks like you, that feels like you, because it doesn't really know you like that, right?

0:32:37And so one of the things that we have to do if we're going to get AI to work with us, the way that we want to work with us is we have to take a part of ourselves and give it to AI so that it understands it. Now we call that here, we call it the Signature DNA, right? The Signature DNA is the reason why we call it that is because every one of us is different. Every one of us have our own signature, right? Everyone has your own foot, your own fingerprints, right? God made you there is no other you like you in this entire world, there's billions of people close to 8 billion people in the world, but there is only one you right. And so what we need to do in order to get the best out of this AI and the best out of the system is we have to teach

0:33:26AI who you are, right? Now, to make this easy, what I did was I created a profile that allows you guys to be able to put this into your AI, and then AI is going to do an interview with you, extracting the information out of you that it needs to build that profile, okay? Now, before we go there, what I use when we're creating our system, there's two things that I use. One is I use Claude Code for my AI. I also use for the designing part of it which is like we're creating apps and we're creating like how you saw I had that beautiful layout. I use something

Two tools: Claude and Lovable

0:34:12Called Lovable right so Claude Code and Lovable. Claude Code it's you can get the pro plan on Claude Code, it's like 20 bucks a month, right? Well worth it, right? They do have a few a free plan, but you want to go up to at least the pro level because that's just going to give you more tools and you just have more bandwidth, right? Claude Code. Now, let me say this, let me back up for a second. Can this Signature DNA work with a ChatGPT or a co-pilot or any of the other LLMs? Yeah, it can, right? But what I have found is that I started off working with ChatGPT and

0:35:05I'm not knocking chat because chat helped me develop a lot of my concepts as far as the of business early on. But what I notice is that I say it like this. I feel ChatGPT is the dreamer. It can help you come up with the concepts, the strategies, and all that different stuff. But Claude Code, to me, is the doer. Claude allows us to plug the AI into ourself, into our businesses. And Claude can actually do things for you. And again, I'm not knocking a chat at all. But what we want to do is we want to build a system that can scale, that can basically get us to the point where it can run our businesses for us

0:35:52to a large degree, or at least automate that, right? So Claude Code, again, that's $20 for the Pro Plan. And then the other tool that I use is Lovable, L-O-V-A-B-L-E, Lovable. Lovable is what they call a vibe coding platform. Vibe coding is something that allows you to create, you can create websites, you can create apps, you can create a lot of different things, and you don't need all of the technical background. You can basically just speak prompts into it and it can create things, right? And if you use Claude Code, which is going to be the house of your brain, and you use Lovable, for me,

0:36:38those are my two main tools, right? Now there's a lot of tools out there. There are, there's a lot of tools out there. But the problem is there's a lot of tools out there. And so people get into chasing all these different things, and they want to use this, they don't want to use that, they don't want to use that. It's really not necessary. In my opinion, with those two tools, you can pretty much do everything you need to do, right? So how does this all work, right? We have Claude Code, what you guys do first, the first step is you wanna get a Claude Code account. Again, it has a free one, but I recommend make the investment. It's $20. And that gives you the pro plan, right?

0:37:24Sign up for Lovable. Again, you can maybe just start the free one on that for now. And then as you grow, then you'll go up to another tier on Lovable, right? Now, what you want to do is you want to take this code, right? And I put all this information in our Wisdom Is Currency profile, that one link page. So this code and everything, and plus links to Lovable and Claude Code, it'll actually be in there. So don't worry about that, all right? But you want to take this code. You wanna copy it, and then what you're gonna do is you're gonna go to your Claude Code. I'm not gonna do it. You're just gonna copy, paste it, hit Enter, right? Once you hit Enter, it's then gonna take you through a process.

Your AI brain

0:38:12It's going to then start to ask you a series of questions. And what those questions are doing is it's beginning to build the foundation for what we call your AI brain, okay? Now the AI brain, that's like the central part of your vision, that is what we're gonna use to grow what you do, to automate what you do, to, you're gonna develop content, you're gonna develop systems. But again, like I said, the AI, to get the most out of it has to know who you are. So when we're starting with this Signature DNA, you do that is then going to start to create that for you. Okay, now the next part after we do that,

0:39:00I'm going to meet with you guys individually. We're going to spend about 32 minutes to an hour and we're going to do a Zoom. And I'm going to have you then, you're going to tell me about your vision. And I mean all of it, like everything. If you're writing a book, we're going to talk about the book. If you coach, we're going to talk about the coaching. We're going to talk about it. We're going to just start to get it all out, right? Once we get it all out, I then take that Zoom. I then put that Zoom in my system. I have a setup that my system will take that conversation and then it's gonna create an AI brain for you. And then I'm gonna send you a link. You're then gonna take that link and you're then gonna put that link in your Claude. And then between your Signature DNA and your Claude,

0:39:48that is what's gonna create your AI brain.

The daily brain dump

0:40:34All right, so everybody understands, again, the first step is creating the AI brain. Now, with the AI brain, here's the beautiful thing about that, right? Because the AI brain now becomes your central hub for

0:41:24your vision, right? And so like what I do, every day, because remember, like I said, I'm still getting ideas, right? I'm getting new ideas. And then I'm getting ideas about things I can do with what we're already doing. So every day, twice a day, I go into my Claude and I do what we call a brain dump, right? I will go in and I'll hit my little record button and I'll just let it all out like Claude this is what I'm thinking about this is what we need to do blah and then Claude then's job is to then to take everything we're saying and it begins to organize it for me, right? It begins to categorize everything for it and so then now Claude begins to create a file for the book. Claude begins to create a file

0:42:13for the coaching and the consulting, right? Claude begins to create a file for the different aspects of your vision, right? And so now we don't have it all here anymore. We have it, we have it out there, right? We have in a system that we can manage. So every day again, twice a day in the morning, when I when I when I wake up, I saw a lot of times, you know, I'll get ideas or gotta give me something in my sleep, I'll wake up. Listen, this is what I'm thinking. And I talk about everything, right? Because again, I want Claude to have as good of an idea about me as possible. So even in my, in my prayer time, if I come out of prayer and God gave me a revelation, or God lead me to a scripture, I sit there and I let it out. Like Claude, listen, and God will share me about this and Genesis, this and blah.

0:43:00And so now Claude is learning who I really am. Right. And it's cool because at some point And now you're starting to have these great conversations. Claude is creating these files. And now Claude is understanding how my vision in all these pieces, it understands how it all connects. You follow what I'm saying? So it literally becomes a second brain outside of you, right? Any questions there? No questions? No questions. Awesome. All right. So, we start building the brain, right? And that's going to grow gradually, you know, as we go,

Connect the brain to systems that do the work

0:43:46Right? And then now, we can tell Claude, okay, Claude, now that you understand the brain, now, let's start to shape the vision, right? And now, Claude, once again, I'm going to assist you guys with this we can tell it Claude all right this is what I got this is what I want to do come up with a plan of maybe a 60 day plan a 90 day plan a year plan whatever we need on how to execute it now Claude will go looking at the brain understanding what we're trying to accomplish right and the other thing I want to tell you: I will upload everything in here. If you have a book, I will upload the PDF of the book.

0:44:33Upload that in there, right? Because now what's happening is the brain understands who you are, it understands your products, it understands what you're working on, it understands the book. And what happens is now when we get all that together, the next step is when you get ready to release that book, you're gonna have to start creating content. You're gonna have to start doing Facebook posts. You're gonna have to start doing all those things. Well, this is what I'm talking about. With Claude, we're able to go in. And again, I'm giving you guys a lot of information right now. Again, that's why I always stress this is a marathon, not a sprint, right? But Claude has the ability where we can go in and we can customize Claude

0:45:23And we can connect Claude to basically anything. And if they don't have connections, we can create connections, right? So my Google Drive, my Gmail, my Google Calendar, Canva, I don't know if you guys are using Canva, Slack, Monday, which is a management tool, even Amazon, right? Gemini, which is what we use to create images all that different stuff right now we can create connect Claude to all of these cal your calendar to all of these different things Lovable right Claude can be connected directly to Lovable wordpress gmail and on and on and on right now what happens for example

0:46:15Let's say you decided, okay, look, I need to have content created, right? I need flyers that for my book, right? And now Claude has the book information. Not only does it have the book information, but now it also knows who you are. So now Claude can begin to create content for you in your voice, right? So the graphics, you can connect this to your Facebook so that it does posting for you, right? So now what happens is, we took the vision, right? Right, so you see the progression, right? We started with the vision, we then came,

0:47:01we now were connecting the vision to, we got the clarity, we created the brain, now we connect the brain to the systems, and now we're creating systems that can actually do the work for you. So I don't know if you guys notice, for example, if you're on the Wisdom Is Currency Facebook page, every couple of days, there's a post that goes out, right? And there's a picture, and there's a caption. And if you read it probably sounds like me like if you read it, you probably thought on to me, I'm saying it now that I write those things every day. No, I don't write those things every day, because I don't have the time to write it every day. So I went in, I was like, Listen, and we gotta maintain the group. So now I tell Claude, this is what I have to do.

0:47:49Claude now is not writing general information anymore, right? It's writing and it's creating stuff for me based off of who I am, what the vision is, right? It understands the context, it understands who you guys are now. And believe me, now I'm doing the same thing on my YouTube channel, on my, that I got like four or five businesses going on. Do you understand what I'm saying? Now, this is how we get to the point where we're able to now start doing two and three and four different things at one time because we're utilizing the technology, right, to multiply us. Remember, as I said before, I always say, God, I thank you for the wisdom to leverage time,

0:48:35talent, people, money, and technology in a way that it produces a beneficial outcome, all right? Is this connecting with anybody? I mean, are you guys, do you see what I'm saying now? Yeah, sure. Yes. Right? So the hard part, ain't really the hard part, but the hard part is taking the time initially to set it up right, spending enough time creating it. Once you spend time to create it, That's when things start getting really interesting, right? If I, now at this point, because of the fact that Claude knows me and knows the other businesses, we've all, everything's stored. If I get another idea, another business,

0:49:21I can just say, hey, Claude, you know what? Today, you know, I think, you know, I'll give you a great example. I had came up with an idea to start a junk removal business. We saw a conversation with one of the brothers from church. Came home, that we had that conversation on Saturday, that Sunday I jumped in there, laid it out to Claude. By Sunday night, we had a website, domain, email address set up, content going out, social media set up, right? Because Claude now already understands everything is connected. So now that's when you can just start creating things immediately, and you have the systems to keep it running, all right? Are we all on the same page? Yes, sir.

0:50:08Yes, sir. Good stuff. All right, so let's go back to, you guys still see the screen, right? Yep. All right, perfect. All right, so the Signature DNA gets us to the vision and we talked about how we get that to Claude and then Claude is then able to refine the vision. That's how I got here, right? That's how I got to the point where I took everything out of my head and then I was able to then put that here. Now I can actually see the vision clear. I know exactly what's going on. I know where every piece is, right? And it all makes sense. It is not trying to fight me, right?

The toiletry bag: it all fits

0:50:54I wanna show you guys this real quick because God gave me the revelation, right? My wife and I were getting ready to go out of town. This was about two months ago. And we were in a little bit of a rush and I had this toiletry bag that had like my toothbrush and my watches and cologne and all that stuff. And I just had a bunch of stuff in that bag. And because I was in a rush, I was trying to put everything in there and I'm trying to close the bag and it wouldn't close as I'm getting more frustrated. So I'm just trying to force it in there. And then at first I heard the Holy Ghost say, calm down take a deep breath which I did once I did that I was all right wait a minute let me take my time and I laid everything out I just I realized all right listen it can fit but it's

0:51:42just positioned improperly like this I can't have these two things next to each other so I had to reposition all this stuff in the bag and once I did so bag just zipped up easy right that's the point I want to make you guys God is going to be giving me a lot of ideas you and you're going to continue to develop things and people are going to come into your life and things are going to go. It all can fit, right? You don't need to take anything out. You just need to make sure that you take your time to position it properly. And if you position it and organize it and use the systems, you can do everything you want to do, which will lead to what? The goal of Wisdom Is Currency is to have balance between God, health, relationships, time freedom and finances, right? Because what we don't want is yeah, we got all these visions and we're running around and we're trying to do all these different things

0:52:31But now we got no time freedom, right or we got these visions and we're trying to do things But you know what our finances are off because we're not we don't even understand what's going on with the finances, right? So if we use this stuff properly This is going to allow us to be able to walk in the fullness of the wealth what we have God health relationship Time freedom and finances, but we have to use the tools to be able to do it and organize it properly

You can't manage what you can't measure: the project tracker

0:52:31By the way that little thing there remember I tell you I had all these ideas years ago. I just wrote them on my wall, right? So this

0:53:23is what I had on my wall that eventually became what this is now, right? But let me show you this. Alright, so now that we have the vision, everything is clear. Now what we can do is now we can tell Claude, okay, Claude, I need to I tell you this before we need to create the task that we need to be able to execute this stuff, right? Right here in Claude, I told Claude I need you to create for me a project tracker. And I want you in this project tracker, I want to have everything about what's going on, the business, every task that's involved. I want to be able to see everything at one glance. Now the way I did mine, and you guys

0:54:12can use my template I'll give you the prompt for it. As I said I said what I wanted you to do is I want to assign a health score to the business and this way when I look at well health score to the vision let me say it properly and this way I can track it because there's an old saying you cannot manage what you can't measure right you can't manage what you can't measure so I want to be able to not only see it but I want to be able to know is it really healthy am I really doing the things that I supposed to do right now this gives me a score It's a weighted score based off of everything that I got going on now mine is Probably much more complicated than what you guys would be right and the reason being is because obviously I have eight things

0:54:58I'm working on but not only that I got client projects You know different tasks and different things that I got to do for everybody So everything that I got to do is here and it's probably not updated. I got to update it But everything that I need to do is here right now if I go all the way down Because I got Claude connected Claude is also connected. It tell it can tell me what the cost is to run my business You know every app that I have attached to it everything whether I'm spending money. Everything is right here, right? And if I go all the way down. This is when we start to focus the vision. Now, I can have everything laid out here and

0:55:45I can see clearly, all right, this is the signature branding app, right? I showed you guys that, right? That app, I finished it. And so everything here that needed to be done is good and because I have it connected to Claude is now managing it, right? It sees what's going on and so it's telling me it's working and this is in fact healthy, right? My organizational layer of the business, this is like everything, right? How is that operating? It's operating healthy, right? Now over here, this is one aspect of the business where I connected GoHighLevel and again, I don't want to give you guys don't get caught up in all the jargon that I'm saying Don't I'm just I'm dumping a lot. Most of you aren't gonna need any of this stuff, right?

0:56:34But I just want to help you guys understand the scope of the tools that we have now I pay a little bit more for Claude because I'm managing client projects, right? But we're talking for 20 bucks a month 25 bucks a month You can leverage this AI now to create entire systems that can answer your calls That can do the content that can run the business that can do basically whatever you need to do, right? Just by spending the time with it teaching it who you are and executing But here like this is a part it needs attention, but I know exactly where everything is so I can manage it right that's how I'm able to manage it the clothing line all that different stuff all those different visions this is how I manage it because this I'm

0:57:24managing it by systems not by myself it's systems right and I know this looks probably overwhelming right there's a lot of information there but this wasn't hard to set up once I got it everything connected and Claude understood the vision. Claude says, okay, yeah, I got it. I know what you're doing. This is for me. This ain't for Claude. This is just for me. So I can see. You understand what I'm saying? But this is it.

The steps, one more time

0:57:24So if we started with going back, this is kind of kind of go, you know, recap it a bit, right? So what we what we're what we're going to do the first step is you guys want to get the Claude, right? You want to get the Lovable,

0:58:09right? Claude is $20 a month. Lovable is free, right? Then you want to go into the GitHub and I'll provide the link. We're then going to copy the link. We're then going to put that in the Claude. Then it's going to go through a process where it's going to interview you. That's going to set the framework for your brain. Then we're going to do with each of you, we're going to do a 30-minute to one-hour conversation one-on-one. We're going to just chop it up. And the reason why I do it that way is this way you can just kind of get it all out, just talk. And we jump on the Zoom. I record the Zoom. I then take the conversation from the Zoom. I put it into my Claude. I tell him, Claude, this is so-and-so. Claude already understands

0:59:00exactly what to do from there. Claude, then we'll dissect everything that you said, then Claude will create a brain I then will be sending you another link you then take that link you install your brain now you have your brain and the basis of your system only then we got to do from there is then again just continue to feed it information you feed it information by you know like I said if you're writing books if you've got a business idea having short conversations with the one at once a day that's how you're feeding the brain you can even feed the brain, I mean, just so you guys understand the capabilities of this stuff. Let's say there's something that you wanted to know, but you don't know it yet. You can literally go to YouTube, pull up a video about something that you want to know,

0:59:48right? Like there's an area in your business that you want to know or a business that you want to create. We can go to YouTube, find a great video talking about that, tips or whatever, just an overview. We copy the link, put it in your Claude then will go in and scan the YouTube video and now Claude is collecting that data in your digital brain. Do you guys understand the power of what I'm saying now? Right? I mean, I don't know if you guys ever saw the matrix where when Neo first got there and then the guy was like, you know, when it was time to train him and the guy was like, know what we can train you on this all this cool stuff and the guy's like now we want to train some cool stuff let's start with martial arts and then he take

1:00:34the little disc and then he uploaded and it just jacked the information directly in the meals brain and all of a sudden in five minutes he knew martial arts right that we talk about that stuff like a sci-fi that's what that's what this AI brain is we can download as much stuff about you or anything else that you want to know into the brain and then from that brain then we connect the things that are connected to it to develop the systems to get it to run. I know I dumped a lot. I don't want you guys to get over well. Remember it's a marathon not a sprint but I promise you if you start this stuff now couple

1:01:22months from now is you're going to be flowing in it and truth be told you're going to be so far ahead of what many people are when you start incorporating this

Is Claude just ChatGPT on steroids?

1:01:22Yeah, I say it like this I ChatGPT is the dreamer right not discard not in any way disqualifying chat right I love chat Claude is the doer right when I first started even my main app my signature branding app and

1:02:09especially when I was developing like the brand styles and all that stuff. Most of that stuff was developed in ChatGPT. And initially, I took ChatGPT. I told ChatGPT when I was ready to build the app. I told ChatGPT because we built out the whole concept and knows what I was going to do. I told chat to give me a prompt that I can master prompt that I can enter into Lovable so that Lovable can build the app itself. I did that and it was amazing because again, chat, I put it in Lovable, hit enter, and within a couple minutes,

1:02:56I'm looking at the app. The exterior of the app today is the same thing that I got out of chat. But when it was time to get the app to run, like the stuff under the aesthetics part of it, I thought it was working good when I had chat. Then I connected Claude, and Claude exposed everything. Claude was like, OK, yeah, it looks good. But there's nothing. There's no engine running under this thing. So Claude then dissects everything that was wrong. And then it actually, because I connected it went in and fixed it. So Chat was a dreamer.

1:03:43Claude is the doer. And Claude would leverage properly. Right now, I mean, let me show you. Right now, there's about eight businesses running. But between Claude and like two or three AI agents that we created like they are they are running it like they're running it so yeah in ways is ChatGPT on steroids but better

Stronger together

1:06:01We're going to be learning a lot of these things together. This is kind of what I said, you know, eventually, we're going to do these gatherings, it would be real cool, I think, for us to start meeting maybe at least once a month, and just coming to the church. And, you know, we have like real build sessions, because what's going to happen is there's so many different things we can do. And so there's so many components to it

1:06:48So we're stronger together. And that's what I'm saying, we start building it together. But the sky is limitless.

It's still early in the game

1:06:48So you guys understand, I signed in on a mastermind group on Wednesday talking about AI. And it was so many people on this line. And I'm laughing

1:07:40to myself because I was really ready to get some deep new information and the guy he was going in and he was talking about AI brains and he started talking about he called it human DNA and I never talked to this person before right and he was saying that what separates you and being able to know it is the human DNA and being able to get who you are into the I'm like well that's just the Signature DNA and I'm laughing because God had gave the revelation of this stuff and I'm like I understand it and by the end of it I'm like he said nothing new that we didn't know but nothing new that I didn't know but most of those people that were on that mastermind with me

1:08:26most of them were like oh my God I never saw this before I never even thought about this before right? And so the point I'm making, family, is if we spend time with God, he will give us the revelation to do what we got to do, right? I never went to school for any of this stuff, right? And the further kind of drive that point home, looking at some numbers, this is what I recently learned. I know a lot of people are using chat and all those different things, but studies show that businesses that have four employees or less, which is really 50% of all businesses, 50% of all businesses in the United States have four employees or

1:09:14less, small business, right? Studies show that only one in five of them is actually using AI in their business, right? And I'm not saying they might be on chat, they might be creating nice flyers and all that stuff, but in terms of creating automations, systems that will drive their business forward and make their business effective, only one in five is actually doing it. I say that so you guys understand that it's still early in the game and there's a ton of opportunity out there right now. There's a ton of opportunity. If you guys you can use this to leverage your existing businesses, but then this is why I think God is going to show you there's complete industries

1:10:01right now that you guys can start using this stuff and creating products and systems and automations that can make really good money, like really good money. You know, some of these companies are paying $20,000 and $30,000 just to be able to have like a system design. And it's something once you get the framework down, this is stuff you can you can develop for businesses in 30 days.

1:10:48This is the opportunities we have right now, right? Now, keep this thing balanced, right? Let's keep it balanced. That's why it's important to spend that time with God, right? That's why it's important to give God that 10th tithe of your time, right? Because we don't, we have a multitude of resources, but we want to use, we want the revelation. The questions that they're going to be asking and the all moments that they're having like you're going to be like yeah I remember that right and so you know we just we just got to just stay the course man we got to stay the course and do the little activities again keep God first in this whole thing spend the time with him understand that the value of the wisdom and listen and when he when he starts sharing stuff with you just start downloading it put it into the brain some of the stuff he'll tell you all right let's focus on that right now some of the stuff you know you'll just be putting

1:14:53on the shelf and maybe it's for another season but just but as long as you're walking in that revelation and you're taking the steps I'm telling you man a couple of months from now you guys aren't gonna be able to recognize yourself you're not gonna be able to recognize at all.

Moving over from ChatGPT

1:15:39So what you should do, before you retire it, you want to go to chat and tell chat to tell chat you needed to create a handoff file for all of your conversations to hand off to Claude, right? Because you got a lot of context already with chat, right? And then chat will take all the information and it'll create a file and then it'll put it right there in the timeline and just take that put that into Claude and that'll take all of your chat history everything that's relative and bring it over to Claude so you're not starting fresh. Got you.

1:16:27Yeah so do that and then and then and then download the link get the Signature DNA and then we get together we do the brain and so and I mean just for the record too I offer first to do the 30-minute to a one-hour session with you guys just to walk you through it so I can kind of probe you and get you talking. But you really don't need me to do that, right? You can sit there on your own and just open up, start recording. There is a software called Wispr Flow that I use. It's free. Wispr Flow allows you to be able to dictate

1:17:14directly into Claude. That's how I use it. I don't type anything and Wispr Flow is pretty cool because it transcribes everything that you're saying and it keeps a file of that on your computer. But it makes it a lot easier so you know whenever I spend my time I'll go here and oh you guys can't see it but I'll just go in click the little button and say whatever I got to say to Claude talk for you know a couple of minutes and then hit enter and then you know wait for Claude to reply back and then we can kind of get it out a lot faster.

1:18:00So tell chat, and just tell it straight up, chat, I want to also start using Claude Code. Could you create a handoff file of all of our chats so that Claude has the memory from what we talked about. And then it has a way where it formats it specifically for Claude.

Agents with their own lanes, and Sig

1:21:54These are my agents. This one is called Ezra. Ezra. Ezra basically is that's really my brain. Ezra. Ezra understands everything concerning the business. It's also the Ezra is connected to everything. So whenever I want to do anything I run everything through Ezra. I also have Amos. Amos is my sales manager. So Amos just he just sells stuff. Whenever someone does like, let's say somebody does a form, and they click for one of our products. And we have a setup so that they give the authorization to receive calls or texts, or

1:22:46or AI calls, Amos actually will call these people outbound and talk to them, like literally call them, right? Now again, you have to set that stuff up, right? You had to get telephone numbers, you know, you have to have it connected to GoHighLevel. It's, you know, things like that. But like Amos actually calls these people and I trained Amos, right? So I uploaded all the sales books, you know, that out there, you know, how to win friends and influence people and the psychology of sales and all that stuff. So like Amos, he's a sales beast, you know what I'm saying? Tito runs, we created a couple of products for a tow service and Tito basically, that's his lane.

1:23:33Now Tito doesn't have access to everything that Ezra has access to, because we don't need Tito to have access to all that stuff. Amos doesn't have access to everything that Ezra have access to, right? We keep it separate. We have, I have a clothing line that we have a site where people can design their clothing. Well, we created an AI concierge. Oh, no, well, that's not in the clothing line. That's on the main app. On the main app, we have Sig. The plan that I use right now is a hundred bucks a month, which for me, when I think about everything that I'm doing with it, I'm like, you know, a hundred bucks a month, I lose that, but you don't need that just yet, right? I didn't have to tell Claude about the agency. I didn't have to tell Claude what it needed to say. Claude wrote the script, it went in and found AI voice, it created the B-roll, all of the graphics that you see, all of that stuff was created. And I'm just sitting here waiting for Claude to do it. And he literally did it within about 10 minutes. I used to edit video. I used to do all that and voiceover

1:33:07and I still do some voiceover, but the whole website, everything, every aspect of it, this whole thing was created by Claude Code. Right and this one again we host this one we could have did this through Lovable but I just you know I just I just cut a corner here but again I'm not I don't want to overload you guys I hopefully the goal is to expand your brain so that when you're seeking God in your time with him do not put any restrictions on him. Don't put any limitations on him, right? God, he may give you a very simple

1:33:53idea, right? And if he gives you a simple idea and you work it and he blesses it, that thing could take off. He may give you something that in the beginning may seem overwhelming to you. But what I'm letting you know is we have access to the tools now. Like this stuff would have what'll cost millions of dollars to create. It don't cost that anymore, right? So, but that's it.
